2017-2018 marks the beginning of his 12th season where Marturet has been the Music Director and Conductor of the Miami Symphony Orchestra Since 2006.
MISO brings together more than 80 world-class musicians from 22 nationalities. The upcoming season, opening on October 15th, will double the musical offering, from 8 to 14 concerts with whole new experiences. The 29th season is marked by the strategic alliance with the Miami Design District giving its new residence and headquarters at this prestigious neighborhood. Here the orchestra will be performing six free admission pop-up concerts, with an inviting and creative repertoire for all ages and musical tastes, immersing people in moments of beautiful and stimulating emotions that transform the way to experience music.

In addition to the classical subscription series featuring 5 concerts at the emblematic Knight Concert Hall of the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Arts of Miami-Dade County, two additional admission free concerts will be performed at Doral Park and Collins Park - Bass Museum.
