Valentine's Concert at St John's, Smith Square [Northern Lights Symphony]
 

The Northern Lights Symphony Orchestra, featuring world-class conservatoire graduates, will give a Valentine's Concert at St. John's, Smith Square on Friday 12th February.

The programme is:

Mozart
The Marriage of Figaro -- Overture
Piano Concerto No.21 in C, K467 (Elvira Madigan)
Tchaikovsky
Symphony No.5 in E minor, Op.64

Northern Lights Symphony Orchestra
Adam Johnson (Artistic director and conductor)
The Northern Lights Symphony Orchestra was formed by its Artistic Director Adam Johnson in 2007, from graduates of leading conservatoires around the world. It specialises in the repertoire of composers born within the Northern Lights. This includes Canada, Iceland, Scotland, Scandinavia, Estonia and Northern Russia. It is equally committed to the interpretation of standard repertoire as well as exploration of contemporary music.
