Prom Wednesday 2 September
Conductor Omer Meir Wellber is no longer able to appear with the BBC Philharmonic on Wednesday 2 September due to illness. Conductor John Storgårds will now appear with the BBC Philharmonic and tenor Allan Clayton at Salford Quays in Salford.
The revised programme for the evening is as follows:

Prom Saturday 5 September
Conductor Thomas Dausgaard is no longer able to appear with the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra on Saturday 5 September due to travel difficulties.Alpesh Chauhan, the newly appointed Associate Conductor of the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, will now appear with the BBC SSO and pianist Stephen Hough at City Halls in Glasgow. The original repertoire is unchanged.
Prom Wednesday 9 September
Conductor Esa-Pekka Salonen is no longer able to appear with the Philharmonia Orchestra on Wednesday 9 September due to the recent extension of COVID-19 quarantine restrictions in Finland. Conductor Paavo Jarvi will now appear with the Philharmonia Orchestra, British pianist Benjamin Grosvenor, and trumpeter Jason Evans at the Royal Albert Hall. The original repertoire is unchanged.
